If the child does not engage with the Occupational Therapist or is having an off day, the Occupational Therapist will work through the parents./carers. Payment will still be reqiuired as the Occupational Therapist will still have spent time preparing for and travelling to the appointment.
Assessment and interventions may be recorded for later analysis.
All information/documents/videos/images relating to your child will be double password protected on a private laptop. Paper documents relating to your child will be uploaded to the laptop then shredded.
No third parties will be contacted about your child unless a parent or carer gives written consent or a safeguarding concern is raised.
All reports/letters/other documents relating to your child will be emailed to you, password protected. Hard copies will only be provided upon request.
Payment should be paid by bank transfer directly following the appointment.
Aiming High is GDPR compliant and will not share any personal information with specific permission to do so. Registered with the Informaton Commssioners Office (IC))

Cancellaton policy

Sometimes life doesn;t go according to plan. f you need to cancel an appointment please do so as soon as possible.
Appointments cancelled 24-48 hours of the appointment will incure a 50% charge.
Appointments canclled less that 24 hours of the apointment will need to be paid in full.
In unlikely event that the Occupational Therapsit needs to cancel the appointment, no charge will be inucurred, as the appointemtn will be reschedules at the soonest opportunity. This is a Paragraph. Privacy & date handling

All personal information is processed in line wiht GDPR. Your data is stored securely and is only access by me for the purposes of providing occupational therapy services No information will be shared without parental/carer consent unless required by law for safegaurgidng concerns.
